Terms of Use

1. What this is

AI Adventure is a free, self-paced learning program. There's no fee, no purchase, no subscription, and no contract for services. You work through destinations at your own pace, collect stamps, and keep whatever you build.

It's a learning experience. Nothing in it is professional, legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.

2. Your account

You need an account so your passport can record your progress. We store:

That is the complete list. We don't ask for payment details, we don't collect documents or files, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Confidential material

Postcards and any other text you enter are stored in our database. Keep what you write general. Please don't enter customer data, personal data about other people, credentials, source code, or anything your employer treats as confidential.

The same applies to the AI tools the destinations ask you to use. Work with test data or your own material, and follow your organization's AI policy — it takes precedence over anything a destination suggests.

4. Public passports

Your passport is private by default. If you enable the public option, your username, your titles, and the destinations you've completed become visible to anyone with the link. Your email address is never shown. You can disable it again at any time.

5. What you may do with the content

The destinations, prompts, exercises, frameworks, and site content are the intellectual property of Nufar Gaspar, Superintelligent, and AIDB Training.

You may use all of it for your own learning, and apply what you learn in your day-to-day work, including at your job.

You may not, without written permission:

• Redistribute, republish, or share the program content outside the platform
• Resell it, or include it in a paid product, course, or service
• Use it to train, teach, or run sessions for others, internally or externally
• Use it to build a competing program
• Use it to train machine learning models

6. What you build is yours

Anything you create while working through a destination — agents, skills, automations, documents, ideas — belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over it.

If you publish a public passport or send us feedback, you give us permission to reference it, for example to feature a traveler's progress. Nothing beyond that.

7. Third-party tools

The destinations point you to AI tools built by other companies. We don't control them and we're not responsible for them. Your use of each one is governed by that company's own terms and pricing. Some offer free tiers and some don't, so check before you spend anything.

8. AI output requires your judgment

AI tools make mistakes and state them confidently. Verify anything before you rely on it, act on it, or pass it to someone else. You are responsible for what you do with what you produce.

9. The program is provided as-is

The program is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty and no guaranteed availability. We add destinations and update content regularly, and the program may change without notice. We may modify, pause, or discontinue it, and we may close accounts that abuse the platform or these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with this free program is limited to the amount you have paid to use it.

10. Closing your account

To have your account and data deleted, email training@besuper.ai and we will remove it. Download your certificate first if you would like to keep it.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and note it on the site. Continued use of the platform means the updated terms apply.
